Nature awaits

Dressed to be enjoyed

nature awaits

to give hearts pleasure

to be treasured.

Nature speaks in hushed tones

but with authority

below brilliant blue mountain skies

as eagles soar high.

A sweet waterfall decorates

a hiking trail

on Horsetooth mountain

a blessing God bestowed to witness

on an endless life adventure.

May you find a piece of

God’s love.
