Using a pen

Don’t look directly into my eyes

please refrain

no need for you to walk in

then leave.

Hidden within

quietly cataloged late at night

emotions you would only find

walking further than a mile.

Please refrain

from reading me tonight

no smiles

might I offer

just a bare soul

bleeding deep using a pen.
