Hupmobile Skylark Story

Few years ago I met someone

who told the story of

Hupmobile Skylark , brother love.

This automobile has history

in more ways than one

for it is not just rare

but a lasting reminder

of how a brother fought, died

in World War II

leaving behind this jewel.

He explained this automobile sat

for 37 years in a garage

not touched or visible until

one day a brother, other family members

decided to completely have it restored

back to better than new.

I thanked him for telling the story

and for bringing back his brother’s

1941 Hupp Hupmobile Skylark

dream automobile.
